Xiangbing Sun has been with Beckman Coulter China for most of his career, steadily rising from the position of a laboratory solutions specialist to managing a team of 170 associates as the National Laboratory Solutions Director.

Xiangbing believes in continuous improvement, a Danaher Business System mantra and an important aspect of Beckman Coulter’s culture. He immersed himself into DBS and made it a point to learn from his peers and leaders. As a high performer, Xiangbing was also part of MLP (Managerial Leadership Program), which helped him hone his leadership skills.

“At Beckman Coulter two of the most important qualities for any leader are humility and curiosity. My leaders taught me this and gave me significant advice, which has helped me rise in my career. I couldn’t have done it without them, and I hope that I can be a role model and coach for other associates.”
